Our client is an internationally active biopharmaceutical company specializing in the development and commercialization of innovative cancer therapies, focused on rare and hard-to-treat cancers. With a strong pipeline and already approved compounds, the company aims to drive scientific progress and improve patient care worldwide. On behalf of our client, we are seeking a regional Medical Science Liaison for the South-West region.

Responsibilities
* Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, clinical investigators, and HCPs across academic and community centers.
* Develop and execute territory plans aligned with EMEA/global Medical Affairs strategy.
* Provide scientific insights and ensure compliant exchange of clinical data on company products.
* Deliver medical/scientific presentations and respond to HCP inquiries.
* Support investigator-initiated and company-sponsored clinical trials.
* Act as scientific resource for internal stakeholders, including commercial partners.
* Contribute to advisory boards, medical communications, and publications.
* Represent the company at scientific conferences and sustain expertise in oncology treatment landscape.
Skills & Knowledge
* Advanced degree (MD, PhD, PharmD) preferred.
* ≥5 years MSL experience (≥2 years in oncology/hematology; breast cancer experience advantageous).
* Proven expertise in product launches, medical affairs, and healthcare systems.
* Strong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* High motivation, proactive mindset, and ability to work independently in dynamic environments.
* Sound compliance knowledge (ICH, GCP) and strong integrity.
* Technical proficiency (MS Office, business applications).
* Willingness to travel extensively (>75%).
