Job Description
* Serve as the first contact point for all PMO-related issues and questions for internal and external partners, including LUCA Digital Finance implementation partner and METRO colleagues.
* Work closely with the Project Director and manage stakeholder relationships.
* Lead the PMO office and coordinate all PMO activities, tracking deadlines and deliverables.
* Moderate status calls and other key meetings.
* Participate in and document SteerCo meetings and other project meetings.
* Coordinate status reports and cross-check project documentation.
Qualifications
* Graduation in business economics or equivalent education.
* Experience in Project Management, especially with large IT implementations in an international environment, including SAP experience and knowledge of PM standards and processes.
* Strong communication, coordination, and presentation skills tailored to different target groups.
* Results-oriented mindset with a drive to deliver results.
* High level of team and service orientation.
* Proactive initiative and assertiveness to drive change and engagement.
* Strong analytical and strategic skills, with openness to learning and growth.
* Certification in TM, PM, and/or Change Management is a plus; experience with agile and waterfall methodologies is preferable.
* At least 7 years of leadership experience, directly or indirectly.
* Advanced level of English (verbal and written).
* Experience working in a European-based company and in Europe.
