10. You study a quantitative field such as mathematics, computer science, engineering or a comparable discipline
11. Working with Python and at least one other modern programming language like R, Java, or C++ defines your technical foundation
12. You are proficient in object-oriented programming, version control, and rigorous software testing
13. Familiarity with modern development tools such as Poetry, UV, or Ruff, and deployment platforms like Docker or Kubernetes belongs to your strengths
14. You understand and actively leverage AI capabilities in your work
15. Extracting insights from large datasets using quantitative analysis is something that characterizes your analytical mindset
16. You are eager to build expertise in energy and commodity markets — prior trading experience is a plus
17. Communicating clearly in both written and spoken form is one of your core skills
18. You speak fluent English; knowledge of German is advantageous and complements your international profile
