What you can expect
1. You assume functional and disciplinary leadership of the HR Controlling team.
2. You hold group-wide responsibility for HR controlling for approximately 2,800 employees across 43 European entities, as well as for planning and managing a personnel cost budget of around EUR 240 million.
3. You are responsible for all HR controlling and reporting activities in the context of M&A transactions and post-merger integration.
4. You prepare HR-related monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
5. You lead international initiatives and projects, particularly focused on optimizing reporting processes and building modern BI dashboards.
6. You are responsible for global guidelines for workforce cost and capacity planning and reporting.
7. You continuously further develop group-wide PEX concepts and ensure their successful implementation.
8. You assume group-wide responsibility for HR reporting, including ESG reporting.
9. You act as an advisor and central interface for executives, group controlling, the works council, auditors, payroll and social security auditors, and external payroll providers.
10. You work closely and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.

13. You demonstrate strong analytical skills, particularly in profitability analyses, general evaluations, and variance analyses.
14. You take responsibility for international initiatives and projects, for example to optimize planning and reporting processes.
15. You act as a strong communicator and trusted advisor as well as a central interface for executive management, the executive board, and other internal and external stakeholders.
16. You have very strong technical expertise, especially advanced Excel skills at expert level, experience in building BI dashboards, and HR KPI management.
17. You communicate fluently and confidently in both English and German.
18. You have solid knowledge of SAP FI/CO, including BW.
