About This Role
This role is a fantastic opportunity to work with a portfolio of clients, managing all aspects of corporate administration.
As a senior administrator, you will be responsible for preparing legal documentation, updating registers, and tracking documents. You will also liaise with various stakeholders, including banks, administrations, and notaries.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing a portfolio of clients with all aspects of corporate administration
* Preparing legal documentation relating to standard corporate administration
* Updating registers and tracking documents
* Liaising with banks, Luxembourg administrations, notary, ministry of foreign affairs
For this role, we are looking for a well-organized and rigorous individual with good communication skills. You should have a solid knowledge of applicable laws and relevant articles in relation to corporate secretarial services.
Key qualifications include:
* Passed an academic degree in law
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a trust company in Luxembourg in a similar position
* Fluency in English and German
* Well-organized, rigorous and good communication skills
