Job Description
We are on the lookout for a Senior Controller to join the Central Controlling team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.
* You serve as the SME for intercompany (IC) transactions, managing ~€200M recharge volume, ensuring accurate reconciliation and compliance
* You collaborate cross-functionally with tax, accounting, and finance teams, aligning IC practices and resolving discrepancies
* You ensure smooth closings by maintaining completeness, investigating mismatches, and adhering to transfer pricing guidelines
* You drive IC process improvements, standardization, controls, and documentation for scalability and efficiency
* You support planning and performance by guiding budgeting, training stakeholders, analyzing cost centers, and delivering clear financial storytelling
* You build reports, dashboards, and tools, support system rollouts, and handle ad-hoc analyses to enable better decision-making
Qualifications
* You have 6+ years of experience in finance or audit, with a degree in finance, accounting, controlling, or a related field
* You have strong experience in P&L and balance sheet analysis, as well as intercompany accounting and controlling processes
* You have hands-on experience with consolidation tools or FP&A solutions, along with advanced Excel skills
* You have a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
* You have excellent communication skills and can work cross-functionally while managing stakeholders effectively
* You are self-motivated, a great team player, and fluent in English, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
