You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
* Development and continuous refinement of a global market intelligence framework for the systematic evaluation of market, customer, competitor, and technology developments in the automotive industry
* Conducting in-depth analyses of markets, competitors, and industry trends, translating insights into actionable recommendations to identify growth opportunities, risks, and strategic priorities for sales and senior management
* Analyzing business performance to identify performance drivers, risks, and optimization potentials along the commercial value chain
* Deriving, implementing, and tracking data-driven measures to increase revenue, profitability, and market penetration
* Supporting and managing global initiatives for sales and commercial excellence, including structured implementation, reporting, and risk management
* Contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies (target systems, growth plans, go-to-market approaches) as well as fostering a performance-oriented improvement culture within the global sales organization
* Close collaboration with global stakeholders and top management, as well as preparing concise, decision-relevant management reports and presentations for C-level committees
This is what you bring to us:
* Consulting experience (minimum 1 year) and/or experience in complex, high-performance business environments
* Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
* Strong understanding of the automotive industry and its market dynamics, combined with solid commercial acumen
* Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills with a structured, pragmatic, and hands-on working style
* Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive impact in transformation or high-pressure environments
* Confident, proactive personality with strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills in an international context
