We're seeking a results-driven individual to join our team as a Sales and Business Development Manager. As a key stakeholder, you'll be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
* Identifying and developing new business opportunities across Europe, including the data center sector.
* Promoting and selling Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems to clients.
* Providing technical guidance and expertise to clients, ensuring their UPS systems meet their operational needs and future growth plans.
* Monitoring competitors and analyzing industry trends, including market developments and emerging technologies.
* Reporting monthly sales figures to management and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven experience in selling UPS systems to the data center sector and other industries in Europe.
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors.
* Technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management, and/or energy solutions would be considered a plus.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Results-driven and proactive approach to identifying client needs, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
* Fluent English language skills and willingness to travel globally.
