Business Development Intern
* Support HR Business Partners in managing daily employee and manager interactions.
* Participate in various HR tasks to gain exposure to different aspects of the function.
* Assist with project coordination and follow-up.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
* Minimum 6-month internship or apprenticeship for at least one year.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Curiosity and openness to new ideas.
* High level of integrity and discretion when handling confidential information.
* Ability to manage time schedules and tasks efficiently.
* Attention to detail and quality-focused work.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in French and/or German is an asset.
