Your tasks:
* Development of new flavours in lines with customer projects and proactive projects
* Responsible for the assigned tasks regarding adherence to briefing guidelines considering specified costs, legislation and deadlines to be kept
* Matching of competitor’s flavours
* Optimizing and adjustment of existing flavours for special applications
* Evaluation and utilization of analytical results including chromatography & sensory analyses
* Evaluation and introduction of new raw materials
* Handling of projects in close cooperation with Application, Sensory, Marketing, Sales and other specific departments
* Support of Key Account Managers (customer visits inland and abroad)
* Support of production regarding the implementation of flavours from laboratory measure into production measure
Your profile:
* Master degree of Science in Chemistry, Food Science/Food Technology or comparable education
* Flavourist with more than 10 years of experience in the area of sweet flavour creation
* Knowledge of sensory analysis tools
* Fluent language skills in English and good level in German would be appreciated
* Knowledge on vanilla, vanilla extract and vanilla flavour development is preferable
* Good teamwork / team player
* Appreciates to work in an international environment
* Good communication skills
