In this role, you’ll be the go-to expert at the crossroads of marketing and sales — building smart lead journeys, optimizing marketing-to-sales workflows, and making sure our global teams are set up for success. What you’ll do:
1. Design and optimize automated campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot)
2. Partner with our country level marketing & sales teams to streamline lead nurturing, scoring, and engagement
3. Keep Salesforce CRM humming with clean integrations, smart attribution, and efficient workflows
4. Manage landing pages, form handlers, templates, and automations with scalability in mind
5. Analyze funnel performance (MQL → SQL → Closed Won) and bring fresh ideas for optimization
6. Train and empower regional teams so they can leverage automation to its fullest
What we’re looking for:
7. 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement (formerly Pardot)
8. Strong Salesforce CRM knowledge (Admin certification = not necessary, but a big plus!)
9. Proven track record in building and scaling automated lead journeys and lifecycle campaigns
10. Data-driven problem solver who thrives in a global, cross-functional environment
11. Excellent communicator, project manager, and collaborator across time zones
