Client Relationship Management
1. Assist in managing client relationships, ensuring service delivery aligns with contractual terms.
2. Help with distributing essential documents (manuals, specifications, schedules) across departments, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Quality Control and Service Assurance
3. Monitor service delivery for accuracy, addressing any deviations to ensure operational activities meet client specifications.
4. Communicate promptly with clients regarding any delivery discrepancies, stock shortages, or changes in specifications.
Data Management
5. Build and update datasheets and service records in Winrest, ensuring client requirements are implemented accurately.
6. Collect and prepare data for monthly quality and performance reports to ensure client satisfaction and transparency.
Cross-Departmental Coordination
7. Work with the QHSE department on quality control measures, including chef tables, food tests, and adherence to client standards.
8. Coordinate with departments on flight schedule distribution, inventory reporting, and usage of client-specified products.
Reporting and Follow-ups
9. Support in preparing weekly sales reports and monthly quality reports, providing critical updates to the Unit Manager.
10. Participate in internal and client-facing meetings to discuss performance, share insights, and ensure a high standard of service.
Client Feedback and Issue Resolution
11. Actively follow up on client complaints and collaborate with the Sales Director to ensure concerns are resolved.
Market Analysis
12. Gather and relay information on local market trends, operational updates, and service adjustments to the Unit Manager.
Perfil
Qualifications & Skills
13. Payment: Unpaid Internship, Paid based on the performance
14. Location: Preferably located near Frankfurt
15. Education: Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
16. Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills; familiarity with MS Office and CRM software is a plus.
17. Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, proactive, adaptable, and dedicated to learning.
