Job Description The Lead Sales & Operations Planning and Execution Manager is responsible for driving our monthly S&OP process and our weekly S&OE process. Fostering the right discussions to boost our net sales and to optimize article availability - focusing at the same time on minimizing inventory levels and operational cost. Driving the right discussions based on the appropriate data to reach consensus decisions across departments Identifying key decisions and potential gaps that need to be addressed Coordinating the delivery of inputs and completions of set actions Identifying opportunities for process improvements and initiating of needed activities Creating, updating and improving relevant dashboards and presentations
