Job Description We are looking for an intern (m/f/diverse) starting in September to actively support our team in the area of Quality Management with various topics and projects. As part of an internship lasting approximately 6 months (a combination of a mandatory internship and a voluntary internship is also possible), we offer you an attractive opportunity to ideally combine and expand your theoretical knowledge with different aspects of practical experience. Your tasks include: Support in planning, setting up, and conducting training sessions for Q-experts on Structured Problem Solving (SPS) as well as formats for introducing AI for quality and operations Preparing concept, design and material (digital and handwritten paper-based), organizations, execution, preperation and post-processing Assistance in managing and processing problem-solving cases Setting up and maintaining Office365 community environments, such as in SharePoint and Teams Participation in the development and implementation of strategies to ensure quality standards in processes Preparation and compilation of decision-making documents for the management of the business unit Support in creating and designing presentations for various stakeholders
