Our client, a distinguished leader in the FMCG sector, is currently undergoing expansion. To support this growth, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Brand Manager (m/f/d) to join the organization at the earliest opportunity.
Tasks
Develop and implement global brand strategies
Manage and oversee brand positioning across target markets
Design and launch customer-focused product innovations
Collaborate with international, cross-functional teams
Plan and execute global communication campaigns
Leverage traditional and digital channels such as TV, PR, SEA, SEO, and social media
Develop and support go-to-market strategies and market entry concepts
Lead and develop a team of 1–2 brand managers
Take responsibility for managing the global marketing budget
Profil
Completed degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing, or a comparable qualification
At least 5 years of professional experience in global marketing, preferably within the FMCG sector
Proven experience working with international teams or in foreign subsidiaries
Strong expertise in digital marketing and high affinity for AI-driven tools
Fluency in English is essential; German language skills are an advantage
Excellent analytical skills combined with creative problem-solving abilities
Strong team player with an entrepreneurial mindset

The annual gross salary is determined based on your professional qualifications and experience and may reach up to €110,000.
