You will play a key role in advising clients on strategic matters and drive business growth through collaboration and teamwork.
Your Responsibilities:
* Provide expert advice on corporate law matters: incorporations, restructurings, liquidations.
* Manage a diverse portfolio of financial entities (SOPARFIs, TITRIs, RAIFs, SPVs - regulated & unregulated).
* Prepare board minutes, coordinate meetings, and ensure decisions are properly implemented.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients, notaries, banks, and other service providers.
* Ensure full compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams and the accounting department.
Your Profile:
* Degree in Law or relevant field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a fiduciary, law firm, or similar corporate environment in Luxembourg.
* Strong understanding of corporate governance and compliance principles.
* Fluent in French and English; additional languages are an asset.
* Organised, proactive, and comfortable managing complex corporate structures independently.
