As a Vehicle Appraiser (m/f/d), you will be a key part of the quality and return process – ensuring that every returned vehicle is professionally evaluated and documented. Responsibilities Professional assessment of returned vehicles Visual and functional inspections to identify damages, signs of use, and equipment discrepancies Documentation of vehicle condition in digital return systems Carrying out photo documentation to support evaluation and remarketing Collaboration with internal specialist departments On-site point of contact for vehicle return-related questions Qualifications Completed training in the automotive sector as a journeyman or master craftsman (e.g. automotive mechatronics technician, automotive master technician, bodywork or paint technician) Initial experience in vehicle appraisal or the return process is desirable Confident handling of mobile devices and digital applications Excellent technical understanding and knowledge of vehicle structure and equipment Careful, structured, and self-reliant working style Friendly, service-oriented demeanor and strong communication skills LI-MV3 Remote
