Key Account Manager Opportunity
We're expanding our skilled trades team at HERO Software, where ambitious individuals can shape and create something of value. As a Key Account Manager, you'll drive business growth with the fastest-growing tech scale-up in the sector.
Duties:
* Pipeline Development: Collaborate with our sales and marketing teams to qualify high-quality leads with consistent follow-up.
* Demo Excellence: Deliver tailored online demos that directly address customer pain points and clearly demonstrate value proposition.
* Cross-Functional Support: Contribute to translations, marketing campaigns, and trade fairs as we build market presence.
* Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with craftspeople who become long-term partners.
Requirements:
* Native-level Dutch plus strong English (C1+) for seamless communication across markets.
* Bonus Qualifications: Knowledge of Dutch trades/craftsman sector, German language skills, fast-cycle SMB sales experience, or proficiency with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies. This role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
