Job requirements and experience We’re looking for graduates who want to make an impact in Finance and are motivated to grow within a global business. You’ll bring: An above-average degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Maths, Statistics, or a related subject (ideally with a focus on Finance, Accounting, or Controlling) Strong analytical skills and resilience Motivation to take on new challenges independently and in teams A collaborative and curious mindset with a drive to find new solutions Fluent English, German is a plus but not required Knowledge of IFRS/IAS and HGB (desirable) From here, you’ll have a community of support.
