Director of Human Resources Location: Munich
Our client is seeking a Director Human Resources to shape the future of their people function and support their continued growth.
Lead and manage the HR department across the entire organisation, spanning more than 20 affiliated companies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all HR-related matters and act as a permanent member of the leadership team.
Develop and implement forward-thinking strategies to attract, hire, and retain senior and executive-level talent.
Design and roll out standardised, organisation-wide HR processes to enhance recruitment, onboarding, and employee experience.
Oversee HR controlling, including the development of insightful reports and KPIs to be shared with top leadership.
Continuously optimise the HR function and lead a high-performing team of experienced HR professionals.
At least 5–7 years of relevant professional experience, ideally from a consultancy, venture capital/private equity environment, or a dynamic start-up/scale-up.
A strong track record in HR leadership with a focus on execution, structure, and results.
Exceptional communication skills and a willingness to be hands-on when needed.
Proficiency in both German and English is essential.
