Specialist Design Operations (m/f/d)
at the Kia Europe Design Center in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
Your Mission:
As Specialist Design Operations you will support Design Operations Team with handling employee requests and expense claims. You will join the Design Operations Team as operational support to ensure smooth operations. As part of an international working force with offices in Korea and Germany you will be based in our State-Of-The-Art Design Center the European Headquarters, situated in the heart of the vibrant and international metropolis Frankfurt am Main.

Your Responsibilities:
1. Support the business planning process, including budget planning, resource forecasting, cross-functional coordination, management reporting, and overall team expense management to ensure cost efficiency
2. Support the internal budget approval reports, including investment plans and supporting documentation
3. Track, analyze, and report budget status for project, including the preparation and reporting of final completion reports
4. Constantly monitor project progress and provide budget-related support including the management of team expenses and the preparation and reporting of monthly timesheet reports
5. Create and manage SAP Fund Commitments including invoice verification, payment processing, and reporting to relevant departments
6. Review the End-of-Year closing such as planning accruals and clear next year budgets
7. Perform administrative duties to support the operation of our daily business and take ownership of the external vendor registration process
8. Support the coordination of projects, events, and workshops by consolidating inputs from various stakeholders
9. Identify areas for improvements, proposing and implementing adequate measures
Key Qualifications:
10. Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related field, or proven record of vocation training with relevant work experience
11. At least 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative role, preferably in an international environment
12. Basic understanding in accounting and budget systems
13. Advanced computer skills above all MS-Office package, especially Excel
14. Highly organized individual with strong attention to detail, sense of urgency and ability to multi-task
15. Good interpersonal and communication skills and flexibility in a multicultural environment
16. Ability to work in a team
17. Ability to communicate effectively with tact and discretion in English with management team and employees at all levels
18. Fluency in English on written and verbal basis is compulsory; Fluency in Korean is beneficial
