Your role at Baxter:
You as Raw material planner II will plan raw material inventories in accordance with defined policies to support the organization's manufacturing and financial goals. Negotiate with suppliers and support areas to ensure the availability of materials to maintain the normal flow of plant operation and not impact on the level of service to the end customer. Also you will coordinate with key areas within the company for the satisfactory execution of projects that impact the productive and financial results of the organization.
What you will be doing:
1- Control and administration of inventories.
2- Ensure adequate control of activities that may affect the quality of customer service.
3- Generate savings generation projects.
4- Coordination of activities with support areas (logistics, warehouse, income, manufacturing, etc.)
5- Generation of reports for analysis of results and to support decision-making.
6- Support regulatory processes and various projects of the departments that require it.
7- Attend in a timely manner to the different conflicts that may arise in the process of purchasing and receipt of material (rejections, damaged material, losses, unpaid invoices, etc.).
What will you bring?
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering or related career. More than 2 years of experience in similar positions. English B2 or higher.
