For our Freight department in Lübeck-Travemünde we are looking for a
Freight Sales & Project Coordination (m/f/d)
The area of responsibility includes among other:
* Supporting the freight sales team with analysis and reports
* Inside Sales (quotations, agreements, usage of CRM etc.)
* Customer support (e.g. questions regarding timetable, requests for prices and other conditions)
* Supervising interns and apprentices
* Maintenance of customer data (enter customer data, request data and provide information as needed)
* Pricing & Invoicing for freight (support in pricing & invoicing process, optimization of existing processes, system usage)
* Handling of incoming invoices (distribution & checking of invoices for the freight department)
* Participation in projects
* Supporting freight software development through coordination, specification writing, and system testing.
Expected skills:
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal
* A completed administrative or business education
* Preferably initial experience in administrative and project work, as well as customer service in shipping or logistics
* Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office-Word/Excel/PowerPoint)
* A well process understanding and structured mind-set
* Reliability, can do attitude and spirit
* Strong communication skills and service attitude
* Ability to work in a team with a fast-paced environment
* Willingness to relocate
