We are excited to be collaborating with an experience PV developer - developing large-scale solar projects, partnering with landowners and local authorities to transform unused areas into efficient renewable-energy sites. With a systematic approach that covers everything from initial feasibility assessments to permitting and project execution, it has established itself as a dependable contributor to Germany’s photovoltaic sector.
Location: Düsseldorf
Salary: €90,000
📝Your responsibilities:
* Site identification and acquisition
* Comprehensive site analysis; including legal, technical, and environmental assessments
* Securing property rights and ownership
* Drafting and negotiating all project-related contracts
* Coordinating with authorities, experts, and partners to obtain building permits and ensure smooth project implementation
* Taking a lead in the development team, overseeing and coordinating projects.
🔊Your Profile:
* 4-5 direct experience in pv/BESS project development
* A degree in engineering, geography, or environmental management is helpful but not required.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills to engage with landowners and authorities
* Willingness to travel across Germany and work flexible hours.
