As a partner manager at Homecare, you will accompany our franchise partners from the initial onboarding through the development of their locations to long-term establishment in the market. You will provide them with advisory support, help with operational and strategic questions, and ensure that our quality standards are implemented in practice.

Your tasks:
* Personal and digital support for existing franchise partners in southern and eastern Germany (focus: Nuremberg region)
* Regular site visits to monitor quality and develop strategy
* Conducting coaching, workshops, and training sessions – both on-site and remotely
* Sales-oriented consulting to increase revenue and optimize operational processes
* Supporting new franchise partners during onboarding and the initial phase
* Closely coordinating with management, marketing, and recruitment to further develop the system
* Analyzing KPIs (e.g., revenue, occupancy, customer loyalty) and deriving concrete measures
* Attending partner events, strategy meetings, and internal training sessions
* Monthly business travel to Düsseldorf for team exchange and internal coordination
