Your tasks
9. Responsible for the sale of existing products and the introduction of new products in the field of endocrinology with implementation of the specified marketing and sales strategy. This includes in particular the differentiation of competitor products and services.

Achievement of sales targets such as market share, turnover, contact targets, contact frequency and territory coverage, as well as qualitative targets with regular monitoring and reporting of the responsible results to the supervisor(s) Visits/contacts of the target customers selected and/or assigned in the course of targeting in the private practice, outpatient and/or inpatient sector with efficient frequency, as well as independent, number-oriented performance measurement and control
11. Achieving an optimal sales range through the use of omnichannel
12. Establishing and expanding networks/relationships with key customers and opinion leaders
13. Close cooperation and coordination with other sales divisions (e.g. Medical Liaison Manager, Healthcare Manager, Hospital, Pharmacies)
14. Conducting territory, competitive, business and customer analyses and applying analytical tools such as customer segmentation, potential analysis, targeting and the creation of customer action plans
15. Continuous further development through participation in training courses, training sessions and conferences and through coaching via the supervisor(s) through accompanying visits
16. Participation in changing project work
17. Preparation and implementation of own regional events and practical training Support for and participation in relevant regional and national congresses and ensuring promotion via OmniChannel measures
18. Tour planning
19. Updating customer master data, documentation and administration, especially in reporting and notification systems
20. Team integration and cooperation with colleagues, especially within the indication line training in the endocrinology centers as a medical device consultant according to § 83 MPDG
