About the Role We are seeking an accomplished Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Finance Consultant to join a rapidly growing Microsoft Gold Partner offering outstanding career progression opportunities. In this role, you will take the lead in designing, implementing, and optimising D365 F&O Finance modules, ensuring that solutions align with client requirements and deliver maximum value. You will work closely with finance stakeholders, IT teams, and fellow consultants to deliver best-in-class ERP solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead client workshops to gather, analyse, and document business requirements for finance processes. Design and configure D365 F&O Finance modules, including (but not limited to) General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Cash & Bank Management, and Budgeting. Provide leadership and guidance throughout project delivery, including mentoring junior consultants. Skills & Experience Required Proven track record as a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Finance Consultant (minimum 5 years in a senior or lead role). Extensive experience in full lifecycle ERP implementations, from design through to post-go-live support. Deep functional expertise in D365 F&O Finance modules and related Microsoft technologies. Fluency in both English and German (spoken and written) is essential. Salary & Location Competitive salary up to €110,000 fixed. Remote-based role with occasional travel to client sites.
