* You will be the primary point of contact for customers, providing assistance and support as needed.
* Utilizing your excellent communication skills, you will effectively manage customer inquiries and concerns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering goods to customers via e-bikes or e-scooters (dependent on location).
* Ensuring prompt and reliable delivery services to meet customer expectations.
* Maintaining accurate records of deliveries, including timestamps and customer interactions.
Requirements:
* Age: You must be at least 18 years old.
* Work Permit: Hold a valid work permit in Germany.
* Languages: Proficient in English or German, with ability to communicate effectively with customers.
* Social Media/Email: Not required.
