* Strong Network: Established relationships with C-Level decision-makers, especially in HR, recruitment, or executive search will help you drive sales.
* Industry Expertise: Ideal candidates will have experience as Senior Client Partners, Recruitment Consultants, HR Business Partners, or Talent Acquisition Leaders.
* Entrepreneurial Mindset: You should be proactive, self-driven, and eager to establish your own business under the ISG global brand.
* Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with LinkedIn, CRMs, and recruitment platforms will help streamline your work.
* Educational Background: A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, or Psychology.
* Excellent Communication Skills: Fluency in English is essential. Arabic skills are a big advantage.
* Cultural Adaptability: Familiarity with the local culture is a significant asset.
