Project Manager Role Overview
We seek an experienced Project Manager to oversee the planning and delivery of client projects from inception to post-launch analysis. Key responsibilities include developing project plans, managing timelines and resources, and ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
* Project Planning: Create detailed project plans that outline objectives, milestones, and resource allocation.
* Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, and marketers to ensure seamless project execution.
* Timeline Management: Develop and manage project schedules to ensure timely completion.
* Quality Assurance: Ensure all deliverables meet high standards of quality and align with client requirements.
* Risk Mitigation: Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.

Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in an eCommerce or digital agency environment.
* Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms and project management tools.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, JIRA).
