Your Role

This position is part of our commercial sales team located in Europe and is fully remote, focusing on the DACH region. As a member of the Cell and Gene Therapy Sales Team, you will report to the Director of Sales, EMEA. Your mission will be to identify, develop, manage, and retain revenue-generating opportunities through strategic and tactical sales support of all product and service lines.


What You'll Do

In this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to:

* Identify and Close Opportunities: Prospect and secure new business in biotech, pharma, academic, and government organizations, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly and yearly performance metrics.

* Manage Sales Data: Utilize our CRM system to maintain opportunity and sales pipeline data, providing accurate forecasts and visibility into new revenue opportunities.

* Client Engagement: Understand clients’ visions and strategies, relaying their feedback to Product Management and Operations to enhance the client experience.

* Deliver Presentations: Present our complete offerings to clients at the highest levels within their organizations.

* Develop Plans: Create and adjust territory and business development plans to drive revenue growth in your assigned area.


What You Bring

The essential requirements for this role include:

* A university degree in Biotechnology or Biology, or several years of client-facing sales experience in the cell and gene therapy industry.

* A broad technical understanding of molecular and cell biology, including knowledge of biotherapeutics such as nucleic acids, gene editing, DNA plasmids, mRNA therapeutics, and CAR-T technologies.

* Proven experience in developing territory and business development plans that expand business and generate incremental revenue.

* Willingness to travel within your geographical area and to the USA for annual meetings and training as needed.

* Fluency in both German and English is mandatory.
