Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customs Manager to join our team at Kelsterbach. The role requires managing customs procedures, overseeing warehouse operations, and ensuring compliance with both regulatory and company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Customs Duties:
1. Manage import/export declarations (T1, AWB, eVD, EMCS declaration).
2. Ensure all customs procedures comply with legal and company guidelines.
3. Serve as the main contact for customs authorities and third-party stakeholders.
4. Maintain and update internal customs-related documents, manuals, and SOPs.
5. Provide training and support to internal teams on customs regulations and procedures.
Compliance & Reporting:
6. Ensure strict adherence to legal and company-specific customs and warehouse protocols.
7. Regularly report to senior management on warehouse and customs operations.
8. Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure compliance with Newrest's international standards.
Perfil
9. Must be located near Frankfurt(No work from home)
10. Full time job from Monday untill Friday
11. Proven experience in customs procedures and warehouse management.
12. Knowledge of common customs systems (ATLAS, EMCS, NCTS).
13. Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail.
14. Experience with warehouse management systems and inventory control.
15. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
16. Fluent in German and English (spoken and written).
17. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
