We are supporting a major international client in the search for a Freelance Senior Site Supervisor to take a leading role across a series of large‑scale hyperscale Data Centre and advanced industrial construction projects in Berlin.
This position is aimed at an experienced site leader with a strong background in mission‑critical, industrial, or high‑spec commercial construction, and who is fully eligible to freelance within the EU.
You will act as the senior on‑site supervisory authority, overseeing daily construction activities across CSA and MEP work packages on complex, high‑value hyperscale data center environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead day‑to‑day site supervision across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical work fronts.
* Ensure all works comply with German building regulations, client specifications, and mission‑critical construction standards.
* Oversee subcontractor performance, site logistics, sequencing, and progress tracking to maintain schedule integrity.
* Conduct daily site walks, quality checks, safety observations, and interface coordination with GC and specialist trades.
* Support the implementation of ITPs, method statements, RAMS, and installation verification procedures.
* Coordinate with design teams, commissioning engineers, and client representatives to resolve technical issues rapidly.
