Business Development Manager – Telematics About Them Our client are a fast-growing telematics company delivering innovative data‑driven solutions to fleet operators, mobility providers, and enterprises across Europe. Their technology helps businesses improve efficiency, safety, and sustainability through real‑time vehicle and asset insights. The Role As Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with their sales, marketing, and product teams to position their telematics solutions effectively in the market. Key Responsibilities Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in the telematics and mobility sector Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospective customers and partners Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities Lead sales meetings, presentations, and negotiations with key stakeholders Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to customer needs Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking events Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall business strategy Your Profile Proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within telematics, SaaS, IoT, or fleet management Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and solution‑based selling Excellent communication and negotiation skills Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and comfortable working independently Ability to build long‑term relationships with customers and partners Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong advantage Willingness to travel as required What They Offer Competitive salary with performance‑based commission Opportunity to work with innovative technology in a high‑growth market International, dynamic, and collaborative working environment Modern office in Munich with flexible working options Professional development and career growth opportunities Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level Employment type: Full‑time Job function: Sales and Business Development Industries: Staffing and Recruiting and Telecommunications #J-18808-Ljbffr
