Salary: €95,000–€105,000 per annum (depending on experience) + performance-based bonus for leadership roles
We're representing a leading Frankfurt-based design and planning consultancy with deep expertise in data centre projects across the DACH region. The firm provides general planning, site evaluation, and implementation oversight for hyperscale developments, serving major international clients as the design lead.
About the Role
As Project Director, you'll act as the primary client contact, overseeing project delivery including design coordination, quality assurance, cost control, and deadlines. You'll lead interdisciplinary teams (often international) integrating specialists like technical planners, surveyors, and engineers.
Job Responsibilities
* Coordinate planning across architecture, civil, mechanical, electrical, and supply engineering disciplines.
* Manage stakeholder relations with clients, authorities, and external experts.
* Ensure compliance with approval processes, budgets, and timelines.
Job Requirements
* Master's in Architecture.
* 9+ years experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role; strong grasp of German construction planning/approvals.
* C2 German and C1 English; proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
* Flexible home office and early Friday finishes (2 PM).
