Your mission :
We are seeking a high-impact Solution Architect with deep technical expertise and a strong customer-facing orientation to design, govern, and lead the implementation of enterprise-grade cloud and hybrid solutions across AWS, Azure, OpenShift, and on-premises (VMware / Nutanix)
platforms.
The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking, hands-on architecture experience, and excellent collaboration skills - serving as the trusted technical partner for both customers and delivery teams.
You will bridge business needs with technology solutions, ensuring architectural integrity, scalability, and alignment with frameworks such as TOGAF and COBIT.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage directly with customers to understand business needs, lead solution workshops, and translate requirements into scalable architectures.
* Design and document hybrid solutions across AWS, Azure, OpenShift, VMware, and Nutanix, ensuring performance, security, and cost optimization.
* Govern the end-to-end architecture lifecycle - from discovery to delivery - ensuring alignment with enterprise standards (TOGAF, COBIT, etc.).
* Build and maintain trusted technical relationships with architects, developers, and operations teams to drive adoption and success.
* Lead technical design reviews, validate delivery quality, and act as the architecture authority across squads and cross-functional teams.
* Support Agile and SAFe delivery by aligning architecture decisions with product backlogs and iteration goals.
* Mentor engineering and development teams, fostering a collaborative, innovation-driven architecture culture.
* Implement DevOps automation and CI/CD frameworks.
* Ensure architecture resilience, compliance, and observability.
Your profile :
Professional Skills
* Architecture Frameworks: Deep understanding of TOGAF, COBIT, ITIL, C4 model and Zachman ensuring architectural alignment and governance.
* Cloud & Virtualization: Deep experience across AWS, Azure, OpenShift, VMware vSphere/NSX, and Nutanix AHV/Prism Central.
* Hybrid Architecture: Proven ability to design and integrate multi-cloud and on-prem ecosystems, ensuring interoperability, security, and cost efficiency.
* Containerization & Orchestration: Expert in Kubernetes, OpenShift, Helm, Kustomize, Knative, and GitOps tools like ArgoCD and FluxCD.
* DevOps & Automation: Strong command of GitLab CI/CD, Terraform, Ansible and Vault implementing full lifecycle automation pipelines.
* Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Skilled in defining reusable, compliant blueprints using Terraform modules and Ansible roles for consistent delivery.
* Programming & Scripting: Hands-on with Python, Bash, and Go for automation, API integrations, and DevOps tooling extensions.
* Security & Compliance: Experience implementing IAM/RBAC, CIS benchmarks, policy-as-code (OPA, Kyverno), and compliance-as-code frameworks.
* Monitoring & Observability: Familiar with Dynatrace, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana.
* Collaboration & Documentation: Proficient with Jira, Confluence, VISIO, for documentation and coordination.
Professional Experience & Qualifications
* 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in solution architecture across hybrid/multi-cloud environments.
* Proven success designing solutions integrating AWS, Azure, OpenShift, and on-premises infrastructures.
* Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF certification preferred).
* Experience in DevOps transformation programs and CI/CD pipeline governance.
* Deep understanding of Agile and SAFe methodologies.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills for executive and technical audiences.
* Certifications preferred:
o TOGAF 9/10 Certified
o AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional
o Red Hat Certified Architect (RHCA)
o TOGAF 9/10 Certified
o CKA / CKAD / CKS
o HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate
Requirements:
* EU citizenship.
* Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required; proficiency in any other European language is a plus.
