Job Title: Legal Trainee
Job Description:
As a trainee in our Legal Department, you will be responsible for managing projects related to legal activities. Your key responsibilities will include reviewing and drafting legal contracts, actively participating in the preparation and follow-up of legal files, preparing research notes and emails on banking law issues, and providing support in the organization and day-to-day running of the Legal Department.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Education: Master 1 or 2 in Law or equivalent legal training;
* Initial experience in a bank and/or law firm will be considered an asset;
* Good analytical and summarizing skills;
* Good written and oral communication skills;
* Good team spirit and creativity;
* Ability to manage projects independently;
