Key Responsibilities:
* Advance PIC technology towards business success through strategic partnerships and customer-centric product development.
* Provide expert advice and form commercial offerings that meet the needs of our customers.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to maintain customer-oriented product development.
* Establish and run innovation processes to support the buildup of new SBUs/Field of Business.
Requirements:
* A Master's degree in natural science, life science, engineering, or economics.
* Proven experience in dynamic working environments.
* Multi-year experience in leading and steering complex projects as a project manager.
* Outstanding analytical competence and outside-the-box thinking.
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
* Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
