Restaurant Manager – Fine Dining
4 Days a Week | Grand Opening Mid-November
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead the opening of our new fine dining restaurant.
As the first point of leadership for a brand-new team, you will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
* Recruit, train, and inspire a new front-of-house team.
* Maintain impeccable service standards and guest satisfaction.
* Manage daily operations, including reservations, floor management, and service flow.
* Collaborate with the culinary team to deliver a seamless dining experience.
* Uphold compliance with health, safety, and service regulations.
Requirements:
* Strong leadership and communication skills.
* Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
* Available 4 days per week, including evenings and weekends as required.
Start Date: Early November (to prepare for Grand Opening mid-November).
