You will directly engage with clients to architect scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance customer engagement and drive business value. Your role bridges business requirements and technical execution, ensuring systems integrate seamlessly and function optimally.You will serve as a trusted advisor, translating business requirements into robust technical architectures using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Personalization. Your solutions will follow industry best practices to ensure long-term success and seamless scalability.This role requires a hands-on approach, with the ability to design and implement technical solutions while also leading development efforts when needed. You thrive on designing resilient, high-performance systems and have expertise across Salesforce platforms, APIs, data integration, marketing automation, analytics, and personalization technologies.Your impact includes serving as a strategic advisor and Salesforce product and platform guide to enterprise customers, leading initiatives to grow the consulting practice, and guiding customers in deploying technologies that drive business value.Key activities include leading client engagements, driving program vision, managing risks, aligning programs with technology strategies, and ensuring solutions are scalable and maintainable.Key ExperiencesSolution Design & Architecture: Designing scalable, integrated solutions across Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Data Cloud, Datorama, and Interaction Studio.Customer Journey Orchestration: Journey Builder, segmentation strategies, and omnichannel marketing execution.Data Management & Integration: Data Extensions, SQL, APIs, and integrating Salesforce with external systems.Personalization & AI: Experience with Interaction Studio (Personalization) and using tools to enable real-time dynamic experiences.Analytics & Insights: Marketing performance analysis, dashboards, data visualization; Tableau, Datorama knowledge is a plus.Governance & Best Practices: Establish guidelines and compliance requirements for implementation.Minimum Requirements5+ years of experience in Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platforms, and Digital Analytics.Deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, Datorama, and Interaction Studio (Personalization).High level knowledge of ETL, data pipelines, and marketing analytics tools.Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Consultant, Data Cloud Consultant) are a plus.Excellent communication skills in German and English.Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple projects.Problem-solving mindset and strategic thinking.Knowledge of security, compliance, and industry best practices.Willingness to travel up to 20-30% (travel varies by customer).Degree or equivalent proven experience; success in roles with large-scale/enterprise implementations is valued.Preferred RequirementsValidated results delivering high-value outcomes using agile approaches.Experience leading customer or partner success stories.Relevant Salesforce certifications and consulting experience are strongly recommended.Our CommitmentWe offer world-class enablement and on-demand training; exposure to executive thought leaders; and a culture that emphasizes our values and inclusivity.Equal Opportunity StatementSalesforce is an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer.
