Your Job
1. Create, publish, and maintain job requisitions in SAP SuccessFactors
2. Support with preparing offer letters and contracts in collaboration with HR Services
3. Support the preselection process by screening applications against basic criteria and forwarding suitable candidates to the responsible recruiter or hiring manager
4. Assist with recruiting reporting, KPIs, and dashboards
5. Act as a point of contact for administrative topics across HR (HR Services, Payroll, Works Council, etc.)
Your Profile
6. First professional experience in HR administration, recruiting coordination, or assistant roles
7. Successfully completed university degree (Bachelor’s or higher)
8. International experience through previous employment and/or academic studies, demonstrating cross-cultural communication and collaboration skills
9. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
10. Service-oriented mindset and reliable, detail-driven way of working
11. Confident in MS Office; knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or similar systems is an advantage
12. Working collaboratively and effectively in international group dynamic, often virtual; proficient in agile ways of working
13. Flexibility and bringing a curious and creative mindset, open to new things and able to propose innovative ideas
14. Fluent in both German and English (minimum C1 level) in spoken and written communication
