Sales and Business Development Manager
We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead sales and business development initiatives in the data center sector and other industries across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and develop new business opportunities, manage existing accounts, and foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
* Promote and sell our Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems.
* Provide technical guidance and expertise to clients to ensure their UPS systems meet operational needs and future growth plans.
* Monitor competitors and analyze industry trends, including market developments and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
* Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably with a focus on technical solutions for data centers, electrical infrastructure, or similar sectors.
* Technical background or certifications in UPS systems, power management, and/or energy solutions are highly valued.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to explain complex solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
* Results-driven and proactive approach to identifying client needs, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
