As a Business Systems Specialist, you will facilitate collaboration between stakeholders and technical teams to drive digital solutions.
Your key responsibilities include conducting thorough data analysis, identifying system enhancements, and designing scalable processes within digital applications and Salesforce platforms.
You will gather and analyze business requirements, collaborate with stakeholders, lead workshops, document analysis, and ensure global information consistency.
Additionally, you will participate in IT team activities, manage dependencies, prepare test cases, assist with user acceptance testing, provide end-user support, and occasionally train users on the Salesforce platform.
To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in Computer Science or related field, good knowledge of Salesforce tools, experience in Agile projects, and prior experience in business analysis with IT collaboration.
