Training Coordinator Role
The successful Training Coordinator will be responsible for setting up and managing training courses offered to all staff.
* Contribute to identifying needs and participate in the development and implementation of the training plan, in line with strategic objectives.
* Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of training activities.
* Take charge of the practical organization of training activities (planning, registrations, rooms, tools, etc.)
* Build and maintain relationships with external training providers and internal trainers, ensuring the educational quality of training programs.
Key responsibilities:
1. Needs Identification: Contribute to identifying the needs of the organization and participate in the development of a comprehensive training plan.
2. Training Budget Management: Ensure that training activities are managed within allocated resources.
3. Training Organization: Take charge of planning, registering, and organizing training activities.
4. Training Quality Assurance: Collaborate with external providers and internal trainers to ensure high-quality training programs.
