Your Contribution
As a Financial Controller (m/f/d), you support the economic management of our plant and actively contribute to all relevant controlling processes
* Operational controlling in SAP – comprehensively for all relevant plant areas
* Participation in monthly and annual financial statements, including preparation and analysis
* Preparation of quotation and post-calculations as well as support in production controlling
* Contribution to short- and medium-term business planning and budgeting
* Preparation of internal and external reports and active further development of our Power BI–based reporting system
* Support with investment calculations and business evaluations
* Analysis of deviations and proactive coordination with the responsible departments
Your Experience and Qualifications
* Successfully completed degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study – ideally with a focus on digitalization
* Initial professional experience in controlling is desirable
* Knowledge of planning processes in industrial companies is an advantage
* High affinity for programming languages, especially VBA and DAX (Power BI)
* Structured, independent, and systematic working style as well as strong communication skills and assertiveness
* Interest in production processes and their economic evaluation
* Flexibility, commitment, and enthusiasm for new challenges
* Very good knowledge of SAP CO/FI, SAP BW, and MS Office (especially Excel)
* Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
