You will be helping us uncover the stories behind our data to drive real business decisions. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your academic knowledge to real-world datasets and gain knowledge about the domain of mental health data. Your responsibility: Data Cleaning & Prep: Assist in the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency. Reporting & Dashboards: Help build and maintain a number automated dashboards on Metabase Ad-hoc Analysis: Support the team by performing exploratory data analysis to answer specific business questions. Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data models, definitions, and analysis methodologies. Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders from different departments to understand their data needs and present findings in a clear, actionable forma t. You'll be successful with these skills: Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in quantitative and technical fields, such as engineering, computer science, information systems, data science, statistics, mathematics Database Querying: Strong foundational knowledge of SQL. Programming: Proficiency in Python for ad-hoc analyses. Analytical Mindset: Ability to break down complex problems and a passion for finding patterns in data. Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members. AI : Adopting AI in a productive and professional way, augmenting your productivity without compromising privacy and the integrity of your work Bonus skills Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS Knowledge of version control systems like github Previous experience or projects involving machine learning or statistical modeling.
