Quality Director
As a key member of the management team, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing our quality strategy in line with overall business objectives.
* Define and execute the quality strategy derived from our business objectives.
* Oversee and maintain our Quality Management System, including ISO certification and process improvement initiatives.
* Enhance customer satisfaction through proactive claim management and regular surveys.
* Develop and implement measures to improve product and process quality, including defining and tracking relevant KPIs.
