Senior Commercial Manager, Hamburg OR Munich

The Resolute Group are proudly supporting a general contractor in the area of fit-out construction in the commercial building space, who are looking to expand their team in either the Hamburg or Munich locations.
Location: Hamburg, or Munich
Salary: DOE €70,000 - €80,000 basic + package
Role Responsibilities:
* Manage the full commercial lifecycle: respond to client RFQs, prepare and present proposals, oversee tender processes, and provide ongoing commercial and contractual support throughout project execution.
* Lead the commercial strategy for fit-out and refurbishment projects, ensuring profitability and cost control.
* Monitor and manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and project financial performance.
* Oversee contract negotiation, risk management, and compliance with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
* Provide commercial guidance to project teams, resolving issues and supporting successful project delivery.
* Track and report on project KPIs, P&L, and financial progress to senior management.
* Lead, mentor, and develop the commercial team, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
Qualifications / Requirements:
* Must have experience within a General Contractor setting.
* German language is essential, any application with anything less than a B2 in German will not be considered.
* Familiar with client requirements and strong with client liaison.
* Ideally degree qualified in a relevant field (i.e. construction, civil engineering, finance).
* Several years of experience in handling projects in interior design, building renovation and/or commercial construction.
