Our Growth organization is looking for an exceptional Business Development Director to join our global community of experts. You’ll operate as a senior hunter–farmer focused on the Industrials sector, primarily responsible for the DACH region, with flexibility to support strategic opportunities beyond DACH.

Oversee the DACH region: develop regional go-to-market plans, drive pipeline creation, cultivate executive relationships, and represent Avenga at key industry events while also supporting selected strategic accounts/opportunities across EMEA and globally.
Map and engage all key decision-makers and influencers (business, technology, finance, procurement, legal) within target accounts.
Lead commercial structuring and negotiations, partnering closely with Legal, Finance, Delivery, and executive leadership.
Orchestrate pursuits end-to-end, coordinating solution architects, delivery leaders, SMEs, Marketing, Customer Success, and Account Management to win strategic deals across Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Logistics, and Travel & Hospitality.
