About the Role
We are looking for a flexible and proactive individual to support our organization and marketing activities in our Düsseldorf office. This newly created position will primarily assist our Chemicals Team, which operates across Europe, and contribute to marketing strategies and initiatives. You will also be a key support for our entire Düsseldorf team in administrative matters.
Key Responsibilities
* Support market research activities
* Assist in creating marketing materials (e.g., presentations, brochures)
* Support the development and implementation of online marketing initiatives
* Further develop our document management system
* Manage internal processes
* Plan and coordinate events and projects
* Support office organization and administrative tasks
Requirements & Qualifications
* Education: Completed commercial training or a commercial degree with a focus on marketing/communications is an advantage
* Experience: Professional experience in a similar position is desirable
* Skills:
o Strong organizational talent and a structured approach to work
o Excellent communication and teamwork skills
o Good knowledge of common office applications and good IT affinity
o Proficiency in written and spoken German and very good English skills are essential for this position
